The concept of the architecture of the Art Gallery:
A simple curve and a straight line, as basic elements in geometry, run alongside each other harmoniously - whilst accepting being in the meantime overwhelmed by the jungle that surround them.
It is merely a simple curve that follows the shape of the pre-existing road and the response of a straight line that follows the rigor and needs of an exhibition space.
The tension between these two spaces, created by the linear curve and the rigorous line, permit the interior space to be fluid and energetic, hinged by the triangular shape of the library.
The natural light is captivated by continuous and uninterrupted small skylights, that delicately illuminate the curves of the space and enhances the rigor of this minimalist space.
